Discover Morocco with good company
We’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Marrakech at 8:30 AM and head toward the High Atlas Mountains, passing the scenic village of Tahnaout, the gorges of Moulay Brahim, and the Asni area.
If your tour is on a Saturday, you’ll get to enjoy the traditional Berber market in Asni — a colorful and authentic cultural experience.
We continue to Imlil, a mountain village located at 1,740 meters. Here we’ll leave the car and start a gentle hike.
A local guide will walk with you on a simple 4 km trail to the Berber village of Aremd (1,843 m), passing small villages like Targa, Souka Ait, and Imoula.
Along the way, you’ll enjoy amazing views of the High Atlas Mountains, including Jbel Toubkal, Aguelzim, and Aksouâl.
When we arrive in Aremd, we’ll take a short break to explore the village, known for its terraced fields, barley and corn crops, and walnut and almond trees.
This easy hike is suitable for all ages and doesn’t require any previous experience — just a love for nature.
We’ll walk about 30 minutes more to the village of Achayn, where a local Berber family will welcome us with a homemade lunch.
You’ll enjoy the authentic flavors of the region in a peaceful, welcoming setting.
After lunch, we’ll return on a different path to Imlil and then drive back to Marrakech in the afternoon.
