                                            By confirming your trip with Exquisite Morocco Tours, you acknowledge and agree to the following booking conditions:

  • Booking Policy

Confirm your tour by paying a small deposit via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer to our account. The remaining balance is payable in cash to your driver at the time of pick-up, in euros or the equivalent in US dollars or Moroccan dirhams.

  • Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 30 days before the start date of the tour.

  • Force Majeure Clause

Exquisite Morocco Tours cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to: adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political events, industrial disputes, or any unavoidable situation leading to last-minute changes or cancellations of your tour. In such cases, Exquisite Morocco Tours will not be held liable.

  • Travel Insurance

All travelers are required to obtain adequate and valid travel insurance prior to commencing their trip with Exquisite Morocco Tours. Your policy should provide comprehensive coverage for:

  • Losses, expenses, damages, accidents, injuries, illness, or death

  • Medical expenses (including pre-existing conditions)

  • Emergency repatriation and personal liability

In addition, we strongly recommend that your insurance also covers:

  • Loss or theft of personal belongings

  • Delayed or cancelled flights

  • Lost or damaged luggage

  • Stolen money

Please note that securing travel insurance is solely the responsibility of each traveler. Exquisite Morocco Tours will not be held liable for any costs arising from insufficient or lack of insurance coverage.
